How to Get from Schiphol Airport to Rotterdam

How to Get from Schiphol to Rotterdam
Train
The train is the best option thanks to its frequency and speed. From the railway station located directly beneath the Schiphol Airport terminal, you can travel straight to Rotterdam Centraal. Several train services are available, with different journey times and conditions.
Intercity Direct
Intercity Direct is the fastest and most convenient option. Trains depart from the station directly beneath the Schiphol Airport terminal, so there is no need to travel to Amsterdam Centraal first. The journey to Rotterdam Centraal takes approximately 30 minutes. Bear in mind that, in addition to the regular train fare, a supplement is required to travel on this service.
Sprinter or Intercity
You can also travel from Schiphol to Rotterdam using other Intercity or Sprinter services. Depending on the service, you may need to change trains and the journey usually takes longer than travelling with Intercity Direct.
Bus
Travelling by bus can be a cheaper alternative to the train, although it generally takes longer and offers less flexibility. Some FlixBus services depart from the coach terminal at Schiphol Airport, while others may depart from different locations in Amsterdam.
